UV curing lamp, referred to as UV lamp, is a high-intensity gas discharge lamp, which is made of imported quartz glass tube with high transmittance.

Its spectral energy distribution is centered at 365nm, with an effective range of 350nm-450nm. It has a very high power density and an effective ultraviolet band. The starting method is high leakage induction transformer plus starting.

In recent years, the rapid development of high-tech is to use the strong ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp radiation for instantaneous surface curing. It has the characteristics of instantaneous curing, saving time and electricity, saving space and no pollution. It is suitable for the photochemistry fields such as printing plate making, ink drying, light curing, polymer compound aging, semiconductor component making, etc.

The lamp cap can be divided into two kinds: metal and ceramic. The ceramic lamp cap is made of high temperature resistant wire.

matters needing attention:

1. The lamp can only be used with corresponding ballast, trigger or magnetic leakage transformer.

2. Wipe the surface of the lamp tube with gauze dipped with ether before installation to avoid premature loss of the lamp tube.

3. The lamp has ultraviolet radiation. The operator must wear sunglasses to avoid eye burns.
